Buddy Emmons warm-up

I heard this set of licks/runs on the Buddy Emmons Hall of fame tape from 1963 and HAD to learn it and use it as a warm-up. Hard to believe when you listen to the whole recording of what he was doing at the age of 26! I'm still improving on it, but a great warm-up for you even if you play it slow.
