For Pick blocking excersizes I would say Joe Wrights "Secrets of the Right Hand Technique" and his DVD on blocking are great tools for studying.

For Palm blocking I would say Jeff Newmans course "Right Hand Alfa" and "No speed Limit" are excellent studies as well.

In the Paul Franklin method which I have found to be an invaluable resource there are excellent Tips on blocking I wish I had heard long ago. In my opinion Paul is the first to truly analyze the differences between pick blocking and palm blocking. Check it out if you haven't already.
