After my last gig, I unpacked the pedal at home - and no sound at all. Looking at the insides, all connections seem intact. The pot hasn't been giving me any trouble (e.g. scratchy sound), so I don't know cause. Can pots just go suddenly dead? Ideas appreciated!

Michael

Maybe cables and not the volume pedal?

You could jumper the volume pot by connecting the middle lug to an outside lug. If still nothing, try the middle to the other outside lug. If still nothing, it's not a bad pot but something else.
