What am I missing here? I wasn't really in the market for a new guitar, but I have been very lightly toying with the idea of a D10.

I'm a year and a half into learning PSG on a Stage One, and that's my only point of reference. What would I need to know/do to determine if this thing is worth considering.

And yes, if I just tipped off someone else to a great deal, and you beat me to it, so be it!

If it is legit, it is the bargain of the century.

paul, did you see photos of the underside, etc? it looks like it has kluzion tuners, don,t know if that means anything or not, i am thinking it may be one of the early models. some of the early zums hadi think pull/release systems....jack

paul, i thought you bought it, because i sent him a message and he called me right back and said it it was sold pending. i did not see the underside but some of the early zums were pull release and had the kluzion type tuners. i never got to play one of those, but i am sure they sounded good....thanks jack

Well, at least I know now not to share a good CL find here, even if I do have questions about it. Confused

Don't kick yourself too hard. It might have been fraudulent anyway...

Andy, don't take my comment the wrong way. I had zero interest in purchasing the guitar. My interest was only to see if I thought it was fraudulent, since I worked in the criminal justice field for 25 years. I don't think most of the forum members would buy something out from under another member. Obviously there are some exceptions.

the seller claimed the guitar belonged to his brother who died last year. I don't believe it was fraudulent. He gave me his phone number though I wasn't quick enough to seal the deal.
