Any (almost) real-time apps for jamming online?

Is anyone aware of any internet "real-time" jamming apps for jamming along with other musicians who are in a different location, without much latency? I am lazy and don't want to leave the house.
Any suggestions?

I think latency is always going to be a problem. Until we all have fiber optics internet, maybe!
