On Thursday, I got obsessed with this childhood favorite of mine by Chuck Mangione and saw that the guitarist, Grant Geissman, had published his own transcription on his website. Should I tell him there is a wrong note or two on it?
Anyway, here it is the way I worked it out. It isn’t perfect but it ‘feels so good’ to be able to play it after all these years. It really was a game changer for me as a kid.

Very nice Mike, I saw Chuck back in 1986 at the Universal Amphitheater with a big orchestra, great show. _________________ Regards, Craig

Enjoyed that very much. Being a horn player back then I tried to replicate "feels so good" on my trumpet but ended up using a French horn LOL. Loved that song. Thanks Mike |

Wow Mike... that’s about the coolest thing I’ve heard on steel in ages. Definitive proof that steel can be used for any genre of music. Very true to Chuck’s original. Incredibly well done!
