I am really liking this Katana 100 watt head but when I go to NZ, I’m not sure if I can use it there. I’ve been through the owners manual but found no mention of power conversions. I’ve checked music sources there and find the Katana line is sold there. Off hand, anyone know if that 120 to 220 volt thing is switchable? A factory preset? Of, do I sell it and buy a new one when I get there?

Won't a standard 220 > 120 volt conversion kit work? I have one with several different adapters in a vinyl case, never used, if you are interested. I also have a Katana 100 head. I just got a Trace Elliott Elf 10 days ago and I like it even better than the Katana. 4" x 7 " x 1-1/2" and weighs 1.6 LB. This, and a reverb stomp box, is what I would take it it were me. Works on 4 ohms or higher, whearas the Katana is 8 ohms only. If you can find a speaker cabinet in NZ to borrow or rent, you are all set. Maybe a NZ Steeler can fix you up with something.
