I'd say the tie-die shirt with a bandana headband screams retro-dead! But they do it well (the music AND the look)! _________________ Bringing steel guitar to the bukid of Negros Oriental! |

We just opened for them last Friday in California. Barry Sless is a great player and a super nice guy. Pretty much an all-star band! They all live here in the bay area. _________________ Dave Zirbel-

You’re on the right track. I’ve seen Barry play electric guitar with the likes of Phil Lesh and Bob Weir on a few occasions in post Grateful Dead bands. He might be the best I’ve ever heard at sometimes nailing the Garcia guitar style. I have been to a couple shows in the past where if I closed my eyes on certain songs I’d think it was Jerry on stage playing guitar. _________________ Mark |

Dave,
Is that the same Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes??
It sure looks like him, but it doesn't sound like him. |

It is Chris Robinson. Pete Sears in on bass. He played with Rod Stewart, Hot Tuna Jefferson Starship, etc. Johnny Molo on drums. I believe he played with Bruce Hornsby and The Range. Greg Loicono on guitar from The Mother Hips. _________________ Dave Zirbel-
