I've got my own version of it. Nothing real fancy - I will see if I can tab it out for you. It's been a favorite of mine for 40 years!

OK, here's how I play it. As you can see, I use a lot of alternating between thumb and two fingers. This gives you the basic idea - you can then take it and vary the patterns as desired.
"E" means the lever that lowers the E-strings
