He doesn't have a phone number on his website and it appears he wants to be contacted by email first.
He's also on Facebook.

Hey folks with Hilton Volume pedals, I have a question. Is it a big problem if I forget to turn off my pedal for a couple days? Will it burn out or cause premature failure of the lamp? If if it does, it is an easy fix to replace the LED or whatever emits the light beam? _________________ John Brabant

You can't damage it by leaving it on.
Takeoff and landing are the most critical parts of a flight. Electric things are most likely to go bang at switch-on. I don't turn anything off until I'm sure I'm done with it for a good while.
All the stuff we use is designed to be run 24/7, else what use would it be? _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!
