I have a MarkBass amp head that I love the clean sound of. Problem is, well... the preamp section (tone) really SUCKS!!!!!!!

I was wondering if I could run the preamp out on my Nashville 400 head into the Markbass head. I would be using the speaker in my NV400, so there would be no speaker hooked up to the NV400.

If this is a possible, could I go into the effects return on the MarkBass head? The MarkBass has a switch to place the effects loop pre-EQ or post-EQ. It would be nice to be able to bypass the the MarkBass EQ.

I'm basically asking because I don't want to just try it and damage something.
