A beautiful Emmons Push Pull SD10 with 4 pedals and 4 knee levers. MSA Supersustain pickup. Very nice used condition, absolutely stunning transparent woodgrain white mica. A couple of very small cosmetic blemishes are evident in the photos and don't take away from this guitar's tuxedo good looks. . Comes with an original hard case that is also in excellent condition. Case looks barely used for it's age. This guitar has "that" sound. I've always owned all pull guitars and have very strong understanding of pedal steel mechanics. Which is why it is clear to me that a push pull is an completely different beast and according to countless forum members that are way smarter and more experienced than me a push pull requires an experienced PP mechanic to feel and play right. This guitar is no exception. It is in need of a proper adjustment by an experienced PP person. For this reason I am offering it at 2 different price options.
Option 1: For $3000 I will carefully pack it and ship it to Steel Guitars East, where Billy Knowles will professionally and expertly set up and adjust the guitar to your preferred copedent
(within existing 4x4 limitations) and then ship it directly to you from his shop in NC.You will be receiving a vintage tone push pull that plays as good as factory new.
Option 2: For $2500 I will ship this guitar directly to you with the understanding that it requires setup and adjustment work. If you are an experienced PP owner and have better than average understanding of this system, this may be your opportunity to save $500.00 by performing your own setup.
If you are not a PP expert, I strongly recommend option 1.
