I am considering closing off the back of my NV112 to about 1-1/2" to 2" from the bottom of the chassis in an effort to have the majority of the sound come out the front of the amp. Has anyone tried this and if so what was your experience. Was it worth the effort? Was there a problem with the heat sink overheating?
