Michael Yahl at PSG Parts would be a good place to start. Other sources would be Lynn Stafford or Billy Knowles.

These match the original PP pedal return springs from the early '70s on--> https://www.mcmaster.com/9654k416

The little screw eyes are available at craft supply places like Michael's or Etsy.com. ~1/8" eye, ~3/8" screw shank.
