I believe this is the pot used in the dunlop 120 pedal. Is that correct? If so Im going to put one in my Ernie Ball VP.

I used Tom Bradshaw's 470K pot in my Ernie Ball VPJR and it installs and works great. It's a long plain shaft with no gear, so you just use the EB pulley.

Mike posted while I was typing. Tom has good stuff. I wanted to say that I believe that you can get a better price and customer support here than you will with Amazon:

HTH. Good Luck with the Project! Cool

So I need 3 pots for my Goodrich pedals.
Which do I need please?

Solid shaft?
Split shaft?
Tapered Shaft?
500K
10% resistance.
Does it have to be a Dunlop?

Please advice. I need these pretty quick.
One is scratchy
One appears to be distorting
The other one is a backup but needs a string.

I also need a roll of the string that is used to repair these.
Does anyone know where to get a roll of the stuff?

I just read that braided masons cord works great.

Discarded mini-blind cord if very good. Before you throw that bad blind away cut the string off of it.

David,
Check your private messages. I bought a 5 pack so I could have backup and the new Goodrich pots don't seem to wear out.

I bought the pots last night. Thx for the info everyone.
$42.00 tax in for (2) shipping was $4.50. Cheaper than Amazon with free shipping.
I have a roll of masons braided line so I’m going to rebuild them myself.
Wish me luck. Ha ha.

A braided, waxed shoe string, made for men's dress shoes, also works well on a volume pedal.

Usually available in black and brown!

Just got them yesterday.
Might take me a few days to get them installed.
Thx for checking.
