Two total restorations now available. One with Maple necks, one aluminum, both 8-5. Mint condition? You bet!
Check them both out on my web-site, pictures and discriptions.

Notice the depth of the reflection of the keyheads in the finish. Somebody's elbow hurts...

Cal Sharp,, wonderful picture of you working with Faron Young with that guitar! I sure miss your drummer, he was a great friend. He was part of the Curly Chalker band also.
Where was that job you were working?
Such memories!

Hey Bobbe. That picture was sent to me just recently by Chuck & Betty Smith, some major Faron Young fans in Toledo, OH. The club, The Sundown, was in Michigan, I think. Time frame would be late 80's.

I acquired that guitar around 1977 from Dan Tyack, who was working with Donna Fargo.

Steve Nath was a fine drummer. He was kind of a liberal/intellectual type, a stark contrast to Faron, but they got along real well.

This aluminum neck Emmons P-P steel guitar, formally owned by Cal sharp and myself, was sold to a great player in the north west a few moments ago, however the maple neck, '70, full back, sunburst, wide pedal Emmons P-P is still available. Equally as beautiful and play/tone worthy.

Bobbe, It's a good thing I had just bought that L11 from you before you put those pics up. I would probably have spent even more money even though I have a great p/p.
