Need Help with Fred Layman's FLYNN steel

I saved this from a Springfield music store.
My plan is to remove C neck for a pad b/c I've only played Uni's. The changer is incomplete and poses the biggest challenge!
If anyone could send me pictures of their Flynn changer that would be hugely appreciated. Fred died before completing his guitar and I would love to finish the build on his honor
