Yes Chris this guitar is in very good shape. Scott when I got this guitar I posted for pedals and Rods I did get some responses but never follow through. That was 2 years ago Sorry I do not even have a scale here at the house. |

Mine was almost exactly 50 pounds in that style of case. It was 7x5.
Al Brisco's Steel Guitars of Canada probably still has parts; he bought Carter's leftover parts when John Fabian passed and the company closed down.
They are good sounding, smooth playing instruments. _________________ Excel Superb U12, MIJ Squier tele, modified Deluxe Reverb RI, Cube 80XL, self built acoustics & mandolins |

Thanks Chris on the weight. Mark, it appears the all of the cross members and rods are there for a Universal setup, but you are missing the pedals and connecting rods. Am I correct?

Chris There is 6 pedal cross shafts and one of those are being used with knee level right now So you probably will need one pedal cross shaft and one knee level shaft if you want to use 6 knee levels If I counted right there is 32 fingers which seems like a lot. I am sorry I just do not have the time right now to go though the guitar and fig out every move and make a chart. |
