The Charlie Pride and Lloyd Green fans should enjoy learning this one. Paycheck recorded it also.

This was a great lesson, it had plenty of good licks to use, it was fun listening and playing along with "sing me back home" in the beginning. Thanks for fighting through your cold to do the lesson William I loved it and I can't wait for next week. |

Another great lesson! I loved the intro we did before we started on just between you and me(which has a great intro itself). I have more to work on. You brought up Hickory Wind again this week, I wouldn't mind going over that song! |

Another great lesson! Perspective students should know that in addition to the tabs and the videos that explain and give insight into the songs we are covering William sends out a "band in a box" ( or some equivalent) backing track so that you can practice the song over and over again on your own. I find this to be invaluable, you can slow down the track at first then work you way up to full speed as you get better. |

The tab alone is worth the money. They are plenty usable licks in this song, that will work in other songs!!!!!!!! _________________ EMMONS / ZUM / DERBY / EMCI / MARLEN / MARRS |

Great lesson William, I should do a whole hour of 1 to four and 5 to 1 exercises. I always plan to use new cool lick for these transitions and then when I am with the band I do the same tired old stuff I always do. I need more practice. We had an exciting bonus today learning the break for "funny how time slips away". Man what a great song. I hope we get a chance to go over that one some time in the future! |

I agree Parnell, Time Slips Away is one of my favorites. I'm really digging into the technique exercises lately and it is paying off. With all the snow we've had lately, I'm getting more practice time! |

Someone told me that $20/mth is expensive.
You get technic exercises, sign into, a page of TAB of the song / week.
We spend thousands on our equipment, $240.00/year is a cheap investment.
You will learn alot. There is good information in dem dare pages. _________________ Zum D10 |
