Looking to trade this 1976 8x4 Sho~Bud Pro II double neck for a single neck guitar of some kind. I’m really hesitant to part with it, but I would for the right S10. I’m not inclined to convert my guitar to an SD10, as it would be a shame to alter such a pristine ‘Bud like this one. Top to bottom it is in exceptional shape, plays great, and sings like a Sho~Bud should with the single coils. The guitar is all original (as far as I know) aside from the RKL being a standard lever and the other 3 are teardrop.

I’m looking for a 3x4 or 3x5 S10 (emmons setup) of similar value and condition. In a perfect world I’d trade straight up for a single neck ‘Bud Pro I (early 70s-‘76), or other models like 6139 etc that have been upgraded to 4 knees. No Mavericks, though. I’m open to misc S10 and SD10 guitars of other makes with favor to Emmons.

I’d be sending FedEx Ground lower 48 only, and I’d prefer that you’d do the same if possible. I’m in northwest Vermont, and if by chance I work something out with somebody within a few hundred miles (including Canada), we can talk meeting in the middle.

Looking for straight-across trades only! Thanks all.

Reilly,
This is an OUTSTANDING Sho~Bud!!! Yes.....it would be a shame and a "Crime" to dismantle it into a single neck! I hold much respect to you for that decision!!!! I hope you can work out a trade.
Neil Whoa!

Jim I'm starting to realize that I'm probably going to hold out for a guitar of similar vintage and feel, i.e. another 'Bud. Thanks though!
