Marcus Hardy
The father of the first Sacred Steel Conventions, passed away suddenly January 22, 2019 in Crescent City, Florida.
In March / April of 2000, Marcus was the first to officially organize Sacred Steel musicians in the state of Florida on one stage to share a common love for the Sacred Steel tradition.

Godspeed Marcus.

Heaven's mysterious ways made you a bridge so that you could help others get to the other side.

And you built that bridge to watch others pass on by.

So very sorry to hear this, Del. Thank you for sharing the linked video history of Mr. Hardy accepting his award. May he rest in peace.
