Hello, i am looking to buy my first pedal steel. I’ve been playing music my whole life. Guitar for 40 years, banjo for 25 years. I’ve always wanted to learn pedal steel, so I’m finally ready to devote my time exclusively to learning. I know i want a d10, just not sure what to buy, or where. I live right outside of Memphis, so Nashville is only a short drive. I’ve seen a couple places online from there. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. New, used, Sho Bud, Mullen etc. Im really looking forward to owning my first. When it comes to buying instruments, i always like to start with the best i can buy, because sooner or later, you’ll end up there anyway! Lol
Thanks in advance!

Head up to Steel Guitars of Nashville. That's the best thing you can do right now. All you're going to get here are opinions about the poster's favorite guitar (including mine 😉). There's nothing better than sitting down behind one and having pros there to answer questions.
