That's darn nice - and very tastefully done.
I have done a lot of custom inlay work myself over the years, so I can say this is good stuff! I have often wondered about making an inlaid ebony fretboard for a steel...anybody have one?

Those are the first three bars of Take 5.

i'd like to take credit for this awesome piece of art, but the customer and Chris Mirabella came up with the concept and the design. We hope to have it at the Texas show as the customer is local. The S-12DB with pad will have a Bb6 tuning. (What else would you expect?)

John , this is really a beauty..

Is the owner going to be using this as his regular gigging axe ?

What a great idea...My black mica guitars are lookin' pretty drab right about now

I think it will be his main axe as this is his first steel guitar. Quite an auspicious start.

I still lust after this one. So one-of-a-kind it's untouchable.
Who ever did the artwork should be in the hall of fame.

John is certainly correct in that the pics do not do justice. I recently got to look at this body in person at thier shop and the detail is simply amazing!
