Restored to factory in 1994 by Charlie Ward. Great little guitar, original case. Looking to trade up with cash to a bolt-on D10, no preference on year or color. Not looking for wood necks. E’s on the left, rkl raises 1 and 7 a half, rkr drops 2 a half then a whole, also lowers 9 a half. Serial 1033S

Ideally looking for someone who likes bolt-on tone but doesn’t play c6 wanting to downsize their rig and make some extra cash

If interested email samkossler@yahoo.com or call/text 336 671 1023

I almost bought this guitar in Coastal Pawn Shop in Kingsland,Georgia. I played it and it had a great tone and easy playing. Now I wished I had bought this.

Sam,

Please be patient. It may take a while before someone with a D-10 bolt-on that might consider a trade sees your post.

I've talked with two parties that both intended to contact you about buying your Emmons outright. If I didn't already have one almost like it, I would be in touch with you myself about an outright purchase.

To Lynn, and Sam.
Can you describe how a “bolt on” sounds and plays different than a later PP Emmons?
I’ve never had the pleasure of playing a bolt on, and I’m curious about the hoopla.
I am experienced with cut tails.

John,

I would describe the bolt-on sound as a bit more pronounced in the midrange. Someone with a trained ear might even say "a little more bark". It's all pretty subjective though...
