Way back in 1997 Bud Carter and John Fabian agreed to build me a really nice universal, with a lacquer maple body. I drew up the plans, and John literally called me daily as he was building the steel guitar, checking the location and function of each of the 7 knee levers.... a real nice guitar!

Now, thanks to Al Brisco, and Steel Guitars of Canada, I've been able to replace many of the time worn parts, and as of today my "Blondie" is as good as new. Good for another 21 years Smile

Thanks Al, and thanks to the great team at Carter that originally built this great universal!
