Okay - I never liked auctions either and I'm getting the feeling that they are not popular here. That is cancelled and this is now just a straight up sale. $2150 plus shipping costs.

12 year old like new and NEVER PLAYED Carter Pro SD-10. Bought new by me from Carter Steels in November 2006. Stored in its case the entire time I have owned it. I am the first owner and I've never played this guitar, other than for approximately one hour after I originally received it to check it out. Back in the case after that.

Black mica finish, 3 X 5 Emmons configuration, George L pickup, standard height legs, never modified. With original case and rod/leg bag, set of Carter replacement strings, a D2F fitted cover, and the original owners manual.

The inflation rate from 2006 to 2018 is, crazily enough, only about 2%. Your lucky day! Look it up.

Uh, OK, I did....it's 24.42%, according to the CPI Inflation Calculator.

I believe that William's number is approximately 2% per year, not the total or cumulative inflation from 2006 to 2018.

Steven's number is the total or cumulative value for the 12 year period.

If you use 2% as the average annual inflation for the 12 years, the total/cumulative inflation is approximately 26.8%.

Using Steven's total/cumulative number of 24.42% for the 12 year period, the approximate yearly rate is 1.84%.

Now, back to the steel............

William: Where is the steel located and/or where will it be shipped from?

I only ask in case the buyer wants to pick it up in person or arrange a meeting.

Wow! Great guitar and great buy! Not much money for a "new" guitar of this caliber.
