Hey Gang,

Any of you know anything about the 10-day-long Fourth of July Festival held each year in Bristol, RI? Believe it or not, it is in it's 234th year (yes, you read that correctly).

https://fourthofjulybristolri.com/

Thanks,
Jim

Hey Jim,
Even though I'm not from RI (just over the line in MA), I am not aware of a 10 day festival. Calling Manny Escobar!!!!! If anyone should know it will be him !!!

Are you planning something for next year ? Wink

Hey Harry,

I added the link to the festival's website up above in my original post.

It looks like a strong chance I'll be playing there next June. I'll say more once it's confirmed. Smile

Hi Jim, The link to the festival`s website informs us that you might be playing at one of the concerts at Independent Park, Bristol, RI. I am looking forward to that.
Harry, Thanks for the vote of confidence. The Bristol 4th of July was/is an exciting event. It is the same day as my hosting a much smaller party here in Portsmouth,RI. I have not been to Bristol`s parade in quite a few years, however Jim`s concert, (not on the 4th), will allow me to go.

Glad you're coming to Our Little State, Jim! You played beautifully (on a brown/gold Mullen, maybe?) at one our jamborees a few years ago, so welcome back.
