Hi Bob....the E9th setup is pretty standard with the Emmons pedal configuration. Here's the C6th setup:
C6th Setup with "D" on top
LKL - R 4 _1/2 / L 9 _1
LKR - L 4+8 _1/2
RKL - L 3 _1/2
RKR - R 3+7 _1/2
P4 - R 10 _1 / R 6 _1/2 / L 2 _1/2
Pedals 5-8 standard |

Buck,
Many thanks for taking the time to post this.
Interesting stuff you're doing on the C6th neck with str 9 on LKL and str 8 on LKR. And str's 2 & 10 on P4. Looks like some sweet combinations with LKL & P4.
With gratitude, Bob

Yeah Bob,it's very user friendly as well. I like the 9th string lower when playing any alt. 5 chord with the 8th pedal....it gives me a #1 on the bottom of the tuning and a nice resolve back to the 1 chord. And the 4th pedal.....i use it in combination with the 5th pedal and LKL when playing 4/5 or Aug. b9 chords ,fun voicings to play with. Thanks again for your interest! Bobby,
I made the chart in Word and put [tab] tags around it.
Or, Carter has loads of charts on its site, copy/paste and edit. Click here

Thanks guys for all the help Via E-mails.Getting back on topic. I like Bucks 4th pedal set-up.I need to give that combo a try.Maybe that's why I can't find all his licks on his new CD. Yeah right.
BTW. If you don't have Bucks CD? Order it before you do anything else. It's that good. There should be a law against playing that good. ..bb |
