I have a GFI Ultra short scale (22 1/2” great for fly dates) and an older S12, both keyless. I like them very much. They play and sound great, have a small stage footprint and are easy to move around.

Hey Craig, I have one for sale on the forum, its the same price. Haha. But I'll chime in. I've had mine for a while and it has served me well. Smooth action, light, easy to work on, stays in tune(better than the BMI I have, I'm just more attached to the BMI because it was my first steel). I would recommend buying my guitar Razz. haha. but all kidding aside, You won't be disappointed buying a GFI. They are great guitars.

I wasn't too sure about them until I owned one... I had bought it to sell, then I almost decided to keep it. I think they are great guitars. I would buy one, for sure.

Craig, I had a GFI Ultra SD 10 and found it to be dependable, very playable, and easy to work on and transport. Everything in the previous posts I found to be true, a wonderful instrument and one I would be happy to own any old time. IMHO
