I have listed this PSG on eBay. Check it out at:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1974-Sho-Bud-Pro-II-D-10-Pedal-Steel-Guitar-Double-Neck-8-2-E9th-C6th/142961193451

Here is a 1974 Sho-Bud Pro II D-10 with 8 pedals and 2 knee levers. It is in original condition with no hacks or mods. Original pick ups. Cosmetically in very good shape with the requisite number of "bar dings" for its age. One up and one down changer with the desirable rounded front and great Sho-Bud tone. This steel has the rare "Green-Belly" finish on the underside which was only produced by Sho-Bud for one year during '73 and '74. And, Yes; the green color underside will make your tone better! Smile The copedant is shown in one of the photos. The original case is in good shape and has added casters. It will be well protected for shipping. Leg bag included. The Sho-Bud model number is 6155 and the serial number is 5346. Note, there is a missing spacer between the 3rd and 4th string on the C6th neck, as shown in photo. This does not affect play-ability or string alignment. This is one nice original Sho-Bud with smooth pedal and knee action with classic Sho-Bud sound.

Yes very nice. Dan; the green tint was put in the white texture for the whole first year of the LDG model that came out in 1973 and into 1974j; on all ShoBud models.
You're seial# was born April 1974.
This is the first series of "Pro~II" with Single/Single barrel tuning; just like the Professional but he only diff is Crossbars with two-hole pullers instead of Racks....
Good luck; this is the best sound Sho~bud had.

Many Thanks Ricky! I appreciate the feedback. I hate to let this one go; seller's remorse, to the max. I have two others and this Bud is not getting the play time it deserves. It would be better if this Bud were in the hands of someone who would play it.

I'm not sure what you mean?? There are no spacers on the axle that holds the string fingers in that tail piece. I blew up that pic and don't see anything wrong or what are you seeing/talking about??

Ricky
I wondered same thing. The roller bracket ( not sure of correct term) is missing a piece on the inside area between the 3 to 4 string (fretboard side).

aaaHaaa...i see that. that is the Casted slots for the String rollers in the keyhead. Yes I've seen those broke before; they take a hit and can brake in diff areas....but yes like Dan say and he is correct> That won't affect the aliment and rollers are on a axle and there is still a partisan there to keep the roller in it's slot without sliding side to side(well they all vibrate side to side on shobud's anyway..ha...just a drop of 3&1 and does not vibrate noise.
No worries.

Hi Guys!

You figured it out. There is a cast piece there that is missing between strings 3 and 4 on the C6th neck. Thanks for clarifying that!
