Paul,I believe p/p have numbers that are sometimes serial and sometimes invoice numbers. Legrandes are numbered sequentially, presumably L001 to L4000,or as many as they made! My 1993 Legrande L1153

My LL2 is 1216L, so it would probably be either a late 1993, or early 1954.

I must have hit the 5 instead of the 9 for 1994. Sorry 'bout that. Anyway, I sure love the Emmons.

Paul, Feb 2000 is my educated guess. Can't be off more than a month in either direction. Unless yours was pushed ahead or held back for some reason.

I’m kind of surprized there isn’t a list of Emmons serial with dates. We have lists like that for ShoBud, Supro and others. Why not Emmons?

That list is mostly correct.

However, I had 1464D (Black mica D-10) that I bought new, custom ordered in April and delivered in May 1971. According to the S/N list it would be a 1970 model.

I've read posts of others that were "out of sequence".
