I've been using the 350 for several years and experimented with several settings. I'll get it out of the van and forward the two that I use for live jobs.

The dial markings are the same as a clock, noon being 12:00, next mark to the left is 11:00, then 10:00 and so on. I set the first 3 knobs from the left: input full right, Mix at noon, Effect at noon.
These are the two settings I use on stage.
MEDIUM TO FAST SONGS:
Studio Delay
Timing: 10:00
Feedback: 10:45
Classic Hall
Pre delay: Full Right
Decay Time: 11:45
Color: Full Right
SLOW SONGS:
Studio Delay
Timing: 9:00
Feedback: 10:30
Cathedral
Pre delay: Full Right
Decay: 12:00
Color: 12:00
I have 8 other settings, but these two are the ones I use in the clubs. The reverb blends the delay and gives some tail to the repeats.

Once you get a setting that you like you can store it. Then pull it up by using the up/down button and a quick push of the load button. However, write your settings down in case you accidently erase one or more.
