I have the 2006 version of BIAB and just downloaded it to my computer that has Windows 10. It didn't put the icon on the desktop and the files are not all in one place. I'm not too computer savvy, so I 'm wondering what I need to do. I got the real drums downloaded and the DXI Forte and the other stuff from that period. I'd like to get it right so that I can upgrade to the 2018 version. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. |

Will Windows Ten even run a
twelve-year old version of biab?
Call biab at 866-983-2474, as
they have all the answers.

I don't think it matters if you have it right or not for the upgrade, just proof of purchasing a prior version. When you hook up the new drive with 2018 on it, it will take care of the rest. |

If you are the original purchaser, all you have to do is call them. They have your name on file. The 2018 version ( the whole program ) is on an external drive. You do not have to use any of your old stuff. Everything is in the new package. No loading a bunch of disks.
