I'm local. I spoke with Jerry on the phone today. The posting's for real. The guitar sounds like a good deal, only for cash in hand show up at the door sales. The cash in hand part has me beat at present.

I spoke with Jerry, the owner. Nic guy. Apparently, he had all the electronics rebuilt with Fender parts and spent a good bit on the guitar to get it working perfectly. He's FIRM at $1,500, which is a great price for this if it's in tip-top shape.
If Crawdfordville wasn't so far, I'd go check it out!
