I acquired a ZB D-10 in rough shape and am in the process of cleaning it up and getting it playable.
Just wondering what year this might be -- ser. no. 0598.

Evidently it was originally stained blue, faded to natural except where covered by metal. Underside is painted blue; looks original.
Thanks for any clarification.

#800s were 1980 so I would guess 1975-76.

I used to own #0102, D-10.
Same looks as yours. It was a 1969.

So I would think that Russ has it.

I had 0612 with blue paint on the undercarriage like yours. (Same KL's too.)

I agree with Russ as to the year.

Thanks for the photo of your undercarriage, because I think it gave me an idea what's wrong with the ZB I have now.

(And I don't know if you remember a hundred years ago, but I'm pretty sure I bought a shaded-gray painted metal Rickenbacker NS from you in or around Playa Del Rey.)
