Topic: Goodrich 120 repair |

| I picked up a Goodrich 120 cheap. However, the flathead screws on the little bracket that holds the pot are a bit loose. I can't seem to fit any kinda screwdriver in there with it all together. Is there a way to separate the top from the bottom of the pedal to get in there? |

Yes,
Remove the bottom cover plate.
With needle nose pliers, disconnect the spring at the heel of the pedal.
Loosen the screw that holds the axle in place.
Push the axle out (with a thin screwdriver).
Then the top and bottom separate.
Reverse the procedure to put back together.
I will tell you, it is not easy to get that spring back on, but you can do it with needle nose pliers.

| Remove the bottom plate and then loosen the screw that secures the axle. Remove the axle and one side of the spring and you can separate the top from the bottom. |

Thank you Bill and Jim for your help! I couldn't leave it alone so I stayed up till the wee hours fiddling with it. I was able to tighten it reaching in with a drill bit. I just got it but the pot was an Allen Bradley that was scratchy. I pried it open and sprayed it and watched a couple of re-stringing videos for late-nite fun.
I see the spring, however I don't see a screw that holds the axle in. It's one of those old silver label kind. Not pretty to look at but its working like a top now. Such an improvement over the VP Jr. I have. Is there a place where I can find the little rubber feet that go inside? It's missing 2 of those as well as the bottom plate and the outer feet. |
