This is my custom-made version of National's Hot Plate. I called mine the Combination Plate because I used a rails-style pickup with a coil tap that gives both the single-coil and humbucker tones. Besides the coil tap switch, there are Volume and Tone Controls and an output jack. The coverplate features a removable palm rest for easier string changes. The entire system is self-contained on the coverplate and will electrify any Biscuit Bridge Guitar. I elongated the holes on the coverplate so that they would line up with the holes on my National Guitar. The coverplate mounting screws with small flat washers are included.
Combination Plate Price: $120 + $14 shipping
If you are interested please respond by PM. If you would like further information, please post here so I can respond for all to see.
Payment must be with US Postal Money Order. I will ship by USPS and use First Class Mail or Priority Mail, whichever is cheaper.
Guitar NOT included! Thanks for looking. _________________ "For every expert, there is an equal and opposite expert." -- Arthur C. Clarke |

Great job Michael. These should be well received.
Well thought out and a fair price. Coil tap is a nice touch. Best of luck with your venture. |

Jerry, thanks for the kind words. It´s not a venture, though, it´s a one-off that I did for myself and no longer need so I thought that I would try to find it a new home. If I were looking to make a profitable venture I would have to double or triple the price. Hopefully someone here will have a use for it. _________________ "For every expert, there is an equal and opposite expert." -- Arthur C. Clarke |
