After reading the horror story that Stienar is going through in the No Peddlers section, it reinforces how good I feel about MSA and all the folks that work there. Today I received my Freedom stand for my 12 string Superslide.

Everytime I talk to Kyle Bennett, Johnny Cox, and especially Reece, they provide the ultimate service, advice, and help.

The only complaint I have is that every time I get off the phone with Kyle, I gain a Texas accent, which does me no good in the New York City subway system. People think I'm a tourist.

I now own 3 MSA instruments. I'm thrilled with all of them. Can't ask for more than that.

In addition to the great instruments, Reece is a constant source of inspiration. As a Jazz (rather than country) aspirationist, I see Reece as the Miles Davis of the Pedal Steel: the innovator that paves the way. I may never play at his level, but he provides me with a goal to strive for.

Thanks guys. You are the best.

I have recently taken up the pedal steel and had some questions about the MSA that I had found. Reece was so very nice and helpful and I am currently in waiting for a reply from him with another question. All very professional people and I believe I will always play MSA.

I haven't received my new old MSA yet, But Mr. A has already been helpful. I'm going to need to find a few rods, and am looking forward to this fine company as a resource.

Triple Ditto's. I also have three MSA's, an old Classic SS, a new cherry sunburst Legend, and a new M3 and all of them are fantastic guitars. One of these days I'm going to add a Superslide to the group, and I have never even played without pedals. It just looks like it would be fun to play one. My group is pictured on MSA's website along with lots of others.

Bill M....Its kind and thoughtful of you to initiate this thread, and everyone at MSA appreciates it more than you can imagine.

Will B....I have responded to your personal email and thank you for writing.

Charlie M....Welcome to the MSA family, and if I can help you further please let me know.

Darvin W....You have more MSA guitars than I do....but you and I both know you are one MSA model short, and that would be a SuperSlide. Its CHRISTmas time and we are taking orders daily, so..........let's git er done so you can have even more bragging rights.......
