Congratulations. You will love the guitar. I've had my Franklin D-10 since late 82 and have no plans to get rid of it. Still going strong. |

AB, I've had my Franklin since Paul Sr. built and sent it in 1980 (#21). Never had it worked on or any parts replaced. Plays as good as the day I got it; have been offered a bunch for it, just can't seem to part with it. I still have the original pick up's that Paul built, but I did change them to the Bill Lawrence 710's.
What can you say about the man that builds them; maybe his handprints in the Groman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
What would you say to that "Big Paul"?

Franklins are the holy grail. I've played everything and have found nothing that even compares. The build quality is emaculate and the tone is sharp, warm, and expressive all at once. They're solid. You'll love it!!

My D-10 is #16. I've been playing it for almost 30 years.
Paul has always been helpful with my questions and even a little repair last fall. It's as tight as when it was new. If I ever get a new steel, this Franklin stays with me. |
