Anyone tried a Line 6 Spider V amp on steel yet? There's a 120W with a 12" speaker and effects galore. Thanks.

I have a Line Six Spider Valve Mark I 212 Tube Amp. Yes. It has about 400 different combinations of effects designed by Bogner. It is fun playing around with the effects once in a while. However, I use the Fender amp model in the Clean or Twang mode and add a little reverb and delay. I also replaced the tubes with good quality upgrades. All that to say, using the settings and tubes indicated above, the amp sounds great with PSG. I really like it. It is just a matter of dialing the amp in.

On the downside, it is somewhat of a heavy combo amp.
