Knee Levers for MCI

Looking for all or part of C6th cluster. I have 8x5 and want 8x8 by adding three knees. LL LR LV. Need cross shafts, levers, brackets, five bell cranks pull rods with tuning nuts, and stops. Need all or any part of above. Someone might want to take them from a guitar that has them and does not need that many. Thanks in advance, Ken
