Forgive me of my spelling if I am incorrect, I stumbled upon a few players on YouTube this weekend. One of them who I was extremely impressed with his licks and style was a player from somewhere here in Texas named Bill deermore. Searched some pass post and found out he used to play with Gene Watson some. Does anyone know if Mr. Bill has any instrumental solo albums? I’m not really sure how do you describe his licks, but they were very tasteful and I could tell he is a stylist of his own own.

Bill Dearmore is just up the road from you in some direction in Belton Texas. He recently retired from playing with the Can't Hardly Playboys after about 18 years. Bill is a great fellow and a great player.

I met Bill in 1993 shortly after the passing of my father and we have become good friends. Always try to spend some time with him when in Temple Texas if time permits.

He still freelances on occasion so if you get the chance go hear him play.

If you do say, George said "Hello".

Hi Cameron, Bill here...thanks for the kind words buddy. I am still playing a few jobs around and close to Belton,TX. I see that you are from Texas but that could still be a long way from Belton. If you are close I would gladly send you a copy of my scheduled dates along with an invitation or maybe just get together and talk shop. I don't have any solo albums but I am on U tube under Bill Dearmore, Can't Hardly Playboyz, The Gary McAdams Band, and a few of the mid 90's Gene Watson clips. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqtoAgm2-5g , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWesjG0OcMM Give me a shout with a message here or just call (254)939-6398. Later buddy. Hi George, good talking to you the other day... Smile
