Sigler Pedal raises strings 5,6,7 a half step. and lowers the 9th string a whole step.

This is what I do.
You have to tune the Sigler pedal to the "E" note on E9th which is quite a bit sharper than the E note for the C6th Peterson Strobe tuner.
I don't have a tuning chart for it yet, if that is what you are looking for.
I think we need one!
