I'm looking to buy another S-12 Uni. I want to be able to leave one at a second rehearsal space.

Prefer an S-12 please.

Brand and cosmetic condition is not as important. The guitar must be mechanically sound with no issues. Would prefer at least 7x5. Also prefer something with E's on the Right Knee.

If it's not close to my current copedent it needs to be a guitar that is easily changed with parts readily available.

Keep in mind this is to be a third guitar used as a tool and not a work of art. So nothing fancy or too expensive.
