fender stage 100

we play a couple of songs that need some distortion would a bad monkey work? i play a 52 tele and stage 100 with a celestation gt 100 i have a sparkle drive but dont like it. i use a one spot to power it. also use ibanez delay with amp reverb. thanks for any help.
