Can,someone please help,I need to know the size of the small locking brass collars that Carter used on their knee lever linkage.Also where can I get some?

Ron’s idea is great,but the problem I have is the hook on the pull rod is too small,to slip over the rivet head,and if you are not very careful will snap,so what I have tried is knock the centre nail out of a few rivets,tap a thread in the head drill a hole in the shaft part for the pull rod to go through and lock it in with a grub screw ,seems to work fine,

Jimmy, I only use the rivet idea when I make a new rod and thread it.

Thanks Ron,as I said a great idea,and if you make your own rods,that’s even better.and less work than what I did,I just thought it would be easier to change pulls if I used the same pull system as the knee lever linkage but at the end of the day it don’t matter as long as it works.
