B string tuning issue on a Sierra D10 Session

When I tune up the steel, all the pedals and knee lever for the B strings tune up fine individually. However, when I have the A&B pedal (which also works fine together) down and then push the vertical knee lever up the B strings stay a bit sharp. Let the A&B pedals up and the string falls right on pitch. Any ideas where to start looking? I've been hunting around but don't see anything obvious.
