I have recently had a Mullen with both the stock and the 705. Has anyone changed it to an E66 pickup? Why and why not as I want to see about changing this?? Did it smooth it out more?

On the double necks I've played, I really liked the E66 on the C6th neck and the 10-1 on the E9th necks. With me, the E66 seemed to take some of the lows off of the backneck which in turn helped keep the low notes off of the bass player. As far as, the Mullen single coils, they were nice except for the hum. Currently, I use a Telonics 206 Humbucker which is quite as a mouse. Ha !!!
