A couple or three weeks ago I needed the bottom brackets for an Emmons drop pin volume pedal and contacted Mr Knowles. He was out of the ones I needed but was going to get some. He called me last week and asked for my address and Friday I received the parts. He would not accept any payment because he said I had to wait too long. I will however give him my next string order and anything else I may need. A fine example of our steel community. Happy Easter

| I totally agree that Mr. Billy Knowles is a great guy to deal with and a class act. I bought some Emmons parts recently and he was just great. Timely shipping and a great original parts at a fair price. Happy Easter! |

| I’m new to PSG world but luckily have already met Billy Knowles via email and he set me up with some ZB knee levers, pull rods, and various hardware and I was able to add a F lever to my ZB Custom student S10. Class act indeed. |
