Where I will get fretboard measurement for 23inch scale length and 29 frets.

Ashoke,

Send me a PM with your email address, I will send you a printable file which is in two pieces which together measure a 23 inch scale length, this prints out on one A4 sheet of paper. It has more than 19 frets so you can trim it to the length you require. and you can use it as many times as you like on other Guitars. Cover it with clear plastic / Perspex / Plexiglass for protection.
